Due to the development of medical care in Abu Dhabi to reach the highest level, SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Service Company) made an agreement with the famous health care operator John Hopkins. Upgrading of all the levels of medical services in Tawam Medical City reflects upon the building by adding new departments or enlarging existing ones to fulfill the highest medical care for all of the UAE patients.
Extension of Tawam Medical City consists of I.C.U. Department (21 Rooms), new long term treatment wards, 22 S.M.U., Physiotherapy Department, Kitchen with capacity 3500 meals/ day, Laundry and Upgraded Emergency Unit.
