The project is a renovation project for Al-Gezirah Sheraton Hotel in Cairo and it will be Sofitel El-Gezirah after the renovation is completed. It has four interrelated objectives (1)obtain a competitive advantage over other competitors,(2)upgrade performance through the enhancement of the interior and exterior architectural quality of the facility, and (3)enhance the economic performance of the facility ,(5)create an excellent image for El Gezirah hotel.
