The project is a renovation project. It has two phases Phase one: Gill and Babylon Renovation & Phase two: Lobby Renovation. It has four interrelated objectives:
1. Obtain a competitive advantage over other competitions
2. Upgrade performance through the enhancement of the interior architecture quality of the facility
3. Enhance the economic performance of the facility
4. Create an excellent image for Semeramis Hotel
