The project consists of three buildings forming a Total Built-Up Area of approximately, 75,908 m2. The buildings are connected with a huge three storey basement, G-3 and G-2 comprising the parking areas and utilities while G-1 includes the retail areas and open air restaurants. The three buildings include both retail areas and offices. The project is located on the 26th of July axis by 6th of October City._x000D_\nThe aim of the proposed engineering and consultancy services is to portray a legible corporate image of RAYA, in collaboration with Ellerbe Becket (The International Consultant). EHAF Consulting Engineers is undertaking the development of the design and construction documents for RAYA Holding Company. The building is equipped with state of the art communication utilities and reflecting the soaring technological image of the RAYA Corporation.
