The project scope is the design works of Markaz Almana – (Ford Showroom + Commercial offices) located near Dasman Hypermarket, Airport Road – Doha. The building is proposed to be a ground floor, mezzanine and 7 typical floors with two basement car parking floors. The Ground Floor and the Mezzanine shall be for “Ford” showroom in addition to other supporting offices of managerial, administration, and financial offices. The design concept aims to the maximum coverage and the build-up-are as per current regulation of the concerned Municipality
The concept shall contribute to State of the Art iconic structure best representative to the Company Identity and sales business. The building shall be mainly experienced as “FORD” showroom and with inviting elevation. Offices’ entrance is at the same elevation but dominancy is more given to showroom main access area.
