The project is The Global Corporate Investment New Premises for the Citibank N.A. Egypt, located in an existing building in Garden City. The bank already took the 3 floors for its new office space. Citigroup wishes to create a new office space on a customer oriented basis in order to provide the Bank with a new image and brand that should be well perceived by the young generation although in the mean time the current image & brand will be maintained to keep the emotional attachment of that well known Bank, Citibank. The office space will be planned to accommodate maximum employees number can work. The new floors should be connected. EHAF Project total area is 1490 m2
