With EHAF as the lead consultant for one of the plots in Al Raha district of Abu Dhabi with approximately 32,000 m² of plot area and with a permissible GFA of 75,000 m² (including 5% Retail) for Residential use. EHAF is the lead consultant and shall be responsible for the architecture, engineering and detailed master planning. EHAF is also responsible for coordination between all project parties and management of this urban styled residential project.
